Your cottage is yours to decorate. All maintenance, snow and trash removal, lawn care, and upkeep are included in the basic rate.
Housekeeping and laundry care can be arranged quite simply with outside providers from the community.
We have several sizes of cottages available occupancy. Cottage residents elect either an entry fee plus monthly fee schedule OR a Pay As You Go fee schedule.

The entry fee is prorated over the first 5 years of your stay. If a person elects to leave prior to the end of the first five years, the remaining portion of their entry fee is returned. Please contact us for additional information, application, or alternate payment arrangements.
